I've spent more than 30 years in athletic training — rehabilitating injuries, treating them, and helping people move better. Along the way I learned something that shaped how I coach: the runners who reach their goals and keep going year after year are the ones who've learned to move well and train smart.
That's the whole idea behind Trine Running. I bring a rehab-trained eye to your running — so instead of just handing you a plan and hoping it works, I watch how you actually move, notice the little things that lead to injury, and build training that lets you push toward your goals while staying healthy.
Maybe you're coming back from an injury. Maybe you're chasing a personal best. Maybe you just want to keep running strong as the years add up. Whatever brought you here, my job is the same: to help you run your best, safely, for years to come.
I'd love to help you get there.
